What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping is free on all items except for freight and oversized.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?

7 to 10 business days for non-freight or non-oversized items.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Security is the highest priority in all work we do within our applications and in the hardware infrastructure, we maintain to run the CozyDaze payment gateway.

How do I return an item?

In the case that you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped out you will need to send us a message on this page to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the official return product shipping address.  The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely! We will send an invoice to the email address that you provide us with as soon as your order is processed.
